Kevin Wright - Stage Door Theatre

Kevin is a seasoned music theatre and cabaret artist having performed all over Australia.

A lifetime member of the North Queensland Opera Music Theatre, Kevin has been involved in over 40 productions both on stage and behind the scenes. Earning the prestigious “outstanding performance by an individual” for his portrayal of Peter Allen in NQOMT’s “Boy from Oz”. In 2022 he directed the hugely successful “Priscilla Queen of the Desert” for NQOMT.

Moving effortlessly from the big stage to cabaret he travelled with Attori (the “ratpack” style swing trio) for many years before joining the team at Stage Door in 2014.

From crooner to comedy and everything in between, Kevin’s popularity is enormous and he is a joy to behold on stage.
