A Mediterranean Tasting Plate:
Marinated feta, mixed olives and spicy chorizo served with a freshly baked, crusty roll

Main (alternative)

Roasted Chicken Breast
with skin on, served with scalloped potatoes, baby carrots with butter and
parsley drizzled with a creamy pitachio nut sauce.

Succulent King Pork Cutlet
with spicy plum sauce, served with roasted kumara, and green beans almondine.

Dessert (alternative)

Warm Sticky Date Pudding
served with a caramel sauce, cream and toffee shard.

Individual Pavlova
served with decadent chocolate mascarpone cream. Topped with chocolate shard.

Entree, both mains and the pavlova are gluten free. Ceoliacs just ask for rice crackers to replace the bread for the entree. 
Vegetarian, vegan and lactose intolerant & other special dietary allergies can be catered for on request in advance.
